Today’s update brings big news! ?

Big news today.. after many negotiations and discussions the team have managed to get me an icu bed for Tuesday. So my surgery will be on Tuesday!!

A big surgery to replace the broken rod and fuse the remainder of my spine.

Obviously I need to stay in hospital in the halo & on pain control until the surgery.

Please can you all share this and help fundraise in any way you can, as we need to reach our target before Tuesday.

It’s all getting so very real now – but I’m so grateful they got me over here so fast when my condition was so critical, and they’re all looking after me so well here as I’m needing lots of extra care (halo, traction, iv fluids, oxygen, iv pain meds, iv antihistamines etc) until the surgery!
